Exchange Documents

Following are forms to request departmental accounts on the Exchange system. Individual accounts can be created on the KU Online Services page.

• Exchange departmental account request form - request an account that is tied to a function instead of an individual.
• Exchange resource account request form - for scheduling a resource, usually a room or equipment.
• Research/Webspace departmental account request form - for hosting departmental Web sites on www.ku.edu (WWW2), streaming media (MERLIN) or research systems (IRES).
